Also, for some reason, i cant declare wars at all on Puppet nations,the option is grayed out. Not much modders can do about that since the military AI is hard-coded.

The same goes for coups that transition to a democratic govenrment. The graphics packs are in the addons tab. The main new features are Gurkhas and some naval rebalance.
